Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Subify, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Service Description

Subify is a platform that enables users to:

• Share subscription costs with other users
• Split bills and expenses among friends and family
• Manage Subify wallet for payments and withdrawals
• Create and join subscription groups

User Responsibilities

As a user of Subify, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Make timely payments for joined subscriptions
• Respect other users and maintain appropriate communication
• Only share subscriptions you legally own or have permission to share
• Comply with the terms of service of underlying subscription providers

Community Guidelines & Prohibited Activities

Subify has a zero-tolerance policy for illegal activities. Please review our Community Guidelines for complete details. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Sharing pirated or illegally obtained subscriptions
• Fraudulent activities including payment fraud
• Violating intellectual property rights
• Harassment, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward other users
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform
• Money laundering or any form of financial crime
• Providing fake credentials or non-working subscription access
• Failing to fulfill payment obligations to group members

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through your Subify wallet
• You must maintain sufficient balance for subscription payments
• Service fees may apply to certain transactions
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• Your BVN is required to process a withdrawal from the Subify app
• You are responsible for any bank or payment processor fees

Withdrawal Fees & Policy

• Our standard withdrawal fee is 15% per transaction. You are allowed to process one withdrawal every 30 days at this standard rate.
• If you choose to process another withdrawal before the 30-day period is over, an additional 5% fee will be applied, bringing the total withdrawal fee to 20%.
• New group creators: Withdrawals are restricted for the first 30 days after creating a group and receiving member payments. This protects members and prevents fraud.
• Requested withdrawal amounts are placed on hold for up to 30 days and deducted from your available balance to prevent duplicate requests.
• You can only withdraw to verified bank accounts linked to your BVN.

Subscription Groups

When participating in subscription groups:

• Group admins are responsible for maintaining active subscriptions
• Members must pay their share on time to remain in groups
• Subify is not responsible for subscription service interruptions
• Users may be removed from groups for non-payment or policy violations

Intellectual Property

The Subify platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by SUBIFY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.

Limitation of Liability

SUBIFY TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party. We are not responsible for the quality or availability of third-party subscription services, or disputes between users.

Account Termination & Deletion

Termination by Subify

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, including but not limited to:

• Illegal activities or policy violations
• Fraudulent behavior
• Repeated payment failures
• Abuse of other users or the platform

Account Deletion by User

You may request to delete your account at any time through the Settings page. When you request account deletion:

• Your account will be scheduled for permanent deletion in 14 days
• You will receive an email confirmation of the scheduled deletion
• You can cancel the deletion request by logging in before the deletion date
• After 14 days, your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted, including:
  • All groups you've created
  • All split bills you've initiated
  • All messages and notifications
  • Your wallet balance (will be forfeited)
  • Your profile and activity history
  • All transactions and payment records
• This action cannot be reversed after 14 days

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
